Is provolone a cheese you can use by itself on pizza? if i make pizza with only this provolone will it suck?

I dunno but provolone is my go to sandwich cheese. I guess i should know this cuz i work at a pizza joint. Do it then post results. quite curious.

Hmm probably will try.

a little off topic but my favorite pizza is olive oil glaze monzerella spinach sun dried tomatoes feta mushrooms a smll ammount of garlic basil and then more feta and another sprinkle of monzerella  (i know i butchered the spelling of monzerella)

if you use provolone make sure you put some kind of beef on it. like meatballs...........uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugggggghhhhhhhhllllllllaaaaaarrrrrrrggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Its quite delicious and i figured out how to cook it so the feta on top gets lightly browned. MOUTHGASM

It is a great cheese for pizza. It can be on the greasy side though.
