immasPREACH. I hate trying to fly home, or anywheres for that matter, from Montana.
Looks like I will be flying from slc if I even go and I'm currently in big sky. It doesn't help that if I go I will need to leave as soon as I can. My girlfriends grandma has cancer and will pass away within 24-48 hours. Looking at about $550 round trip from slc to boston per person for just plane tickets. She might not decide to go simply because of cost.
I will have to go with her if she goes to drive her up to maine (no license) and she is deathly afraid of planes. No amount of alchohol can keep her calm enough on a plane and she can't smoke pot before she get on the plane cause that makes her go into a panic attack.

immasLast night I had a massive panic attack and had intense visions and holy shit I was so scared.
I don't feel like myself right now.
I just had the worst one in my entire life. It lasted for something stupid like 2-3 hours. It wasn't as intense after the 1st hour, but I felt about as bad I ever have. I threw up, and had to leave work it was so bad. I don't really have them regularly at all ( a dozen ever maybe?), but it really fucking scared me. I've felt so together, happy, healthy, and positive in general, but anxiety is something I deal with every day, despite the fact that most people think I'm crazy or something when I tell them given the fact that I'm pretty extroverted and confident.
I don't know, guess I just wanted to say that I can relate, and that it is a truly miserable experience that most people that don't have personal experience with dismiss as trivial or whatever. Hope you're feeling better and that you're doing whatever you need to in order to care for yourself.
I still feel totally out of it/can barely even eat.
I felt bad for the entire next, couldn't really eat, didn't sleep well and just couldn't do anything. It was like a hangover, but worse, since it was mental as well.
Honestly changed my view on a few things, it was so severe.
