Related, flat iron (or featherblade) is my new favourite cut of steak. It tastes fucking incredible, the fat structure is beautiful.
Cooked rare with shiitake and enoki mushrooms. Enokis are superb if you cook them in the same pan as the steak, they soak up all the flavour so well plus they look pretty. Shitty photo but my kitchen lacks both ventilation and light.

I never needed to study in high school and when people told me I was going to have to study to do well in college, I didn't really think much of it. Now I realize that I never learned how to study in high school and this really sucks.
