Bought a gym membership today so i can start getting muscle back into my legs. Also since im not able to run for another month i can use the olyptical which is better then just walking.

Good for the most part. In the past week its felt sore though so ive been getting a little paranoid. My goal is to lose 20 lbs by january and then see where to go from there.
