My girlfriends period is two weeks late. She is sort of irregular and has missed her cycle completely once but that was when she switched to a different birth control. We did get in a huge fight and came close to breaking up and she has been terribly stressed the last couple weeks also... fuck fuck fuck I'm 17 and so is she we're seniors in HS and she won't get an abortion if she is pregnant. I can't have a fucking kid.
Don't stress it man. My GF has had a messed up cycle the last few months (a few weeks late one time, half assed periods, a couple of weeks early, etc.). Changes in lifestyle (excercise, diet, birth control, mood, etc.) can alter the cycle. I wouldn't get too worried unless it gets to be more than a month or so late and she starts experiencing some tell-tale pregnancy signs.
I think it should be a requirement that at a bar when someone says that they need to know where it is 5 o'clock. If they know within 5 seconds they get happy hour specials.
But I got some shred in yesterday!! Got about 8 inches up in the pass in WA so me and some buddies went and got some hike turns and had a rail session. Getting me stoked for winter. Felt so good to get on snow again!
i had different sources when i looked it up on my phone but I had a migraine from 6am till 4pm, fucking day outta hell. found info on lack of sleep, poor diet, and something where if you eat too much sugary or process food too quickly your body actually balances that out by bringing the sugars back down at the same pace, which means your blood sugar rockets back down to nothing apparently giving you a migraine.
yo dog i been there and am currently feeling better after a year and a half of feeling like absolute shit everyday (im 22 years old and suicide was a common thought although it never got to the point where i thought about exactly how i could do it) and it only took me a couple weeks to seriously improve. my advice is to eliminate all the things that give you a sense of instant gratification. these things for me were eating junk food (mcdonalds, candy) smoking weed, using nicotine products, jerkin it (yes seriously, i even got laid for the first time in months the other day, it was awesome), watching tv, looking at stupid shit on the internet (sorry ns i do still love you) playing video games (i played league of legends religiously and quit cold turkey) and basically anything that you can run to to feel better right away. as lame as it sounds, you need to work for your happiness. its so much more rewarding and it gets you into a trend of doing productive things. being sober really helps too. i used to get blazed all day every day and at first when my bro gave me this advice i thought "fuck no. i love weed. I LOVE IT." but after a few days of thinking, i decided to just stop doing all this shit that i did everyday and started trying my best to be productive and kick it with my family. now that its been a few weeks im feeling so much better. started working out, working on getting a better job, talking to more chicks, and started feeling a whole lot more positive about myself. just remember, the human race is an amazing species, and although there are a shit ton of humans on this planet, each one is unique and incredible in there own way and if you think you aren't well then youre straight up WRONG. buck up bro. hope this helps
Not to make you feel any worse, but thats growing up. Set goals, try new things and just experience life. I'll bet you're important to people who you dont even realize it. And if you really are not important to anyone, go find someone whos important to you and be a part of their life more. ENJOY LIFE!
