So I posted this in M&A but its not as active as NSG so I'll ask here too..
I'm pretty new to photography and listening to people talk about filters and all that. People recommend me getting a Clear UV filter? to just put over the lens so it protects the lens. I know some people who have a polarized filter also.
I want to start taking long exposure shots during the night and day. For daytime long exposure shots I have heard a neutral density filter works well. Would there be a good filter for night long exposure shots?
What filters do you guys use for everyday shots or are filters not worth it. Shooting on a t3i
