CliffyByroi heard a good quote a while ago basically saying that a true patriot would vote no, as they'll be saving their countries future. the amount of idiocy and ignorance on the whole subject is doing my head in, i'm sick of hearing about it. pretty scary that the result is only a couple days away
Thats's because the vote is for 16 year olds and up so there is a massive youth following. The youth in Ireland is just being reactionary because England said you shouldn't do that so they are like fuck it, no we are definitely doing it.

Typing/writing grammatical errors is 100000000000000000000 X worse than speaking them. When I have to read them it feels like I'm speaking them myself and it is beyond irritating.

Yeah exactly, its utter madness. Its not the 16 year olds that get me though, its the people my age (ie 20+) who are educated enough to know better, but whose arguments for me independence are still only tantamount to sticking their fingers in their ears and going LALALA I CANT HEAR YOU IM RIGHT YOURE WRONG. There's such a refusal to listen to reason and debate things on the yes side that is really quite scary

Red Hill fire tower, Trumper Fire Tower, Eagle Mtn, and Balsam Mtn.
Nice, I did Kaaterskill last weekend and going to do Blackhead/blackdome/Thomas Cole or some combo of those this weekend. I did Balsam Mtn last fall in early November and saw my first snow of the year (besides man made in killington Oct 29). We did not do Eagle though due to time.. I forget the road the trailhead for Balsam is on, it is the same road as slide and giant ledge though, but one section of the trail is SO fucking steep.. Pretty crazy. Great view at Balsam, Eagle Mtn though - not so much.
