Thizzle.It wasn't even on my mind until peaks around Bozeman got. A few inches like last week. It got down to like 36 in town during the day it was crazy now I'm stoked for an early winter hopefully.
It pisses me off how much further north I am then most towns getting snow right now, and I don't get snow on the ground till late October/early November

Did you read the article? It sounds like the building is being made specifically for some kind of BASE jumping, but not full on BASE. Something for us common folk. I think that would explain the very odd design.

I feel like every site I visit has gotten one of these banner ads at the bottom or top on mobile within the past few weeks. One I check for surf forecasts has one that's for something gun related (Which is odd because I do nothing gun related.) and the picture of the gun in that ad sticks off the banner into the page. It's stupid. What did the code go open source or something and now everybody has it?

True. I'm probably getting a member ship to the ymca or something because my mom gets them super cheap and im gonna end up going and working out there once it gets cold/snowy out. I just want to get in my best shape possible for lacrosse season because I lost 90% of my strength over the summer.

I have a creative writing project I'm working on. It's supposed to be of a specific spot, like a room or something. So I'm going to write about a chair on a chairlift. We're supposed to use 4 of the 5 senses in the paper. I'm so excited. Writing about this stuff makes me super stoked to get back out on the slopes
I have no "intro to architecture books" and thus no recommendations for that, avoid those in general I say, they only sketch broad lines or focus on what the author thinks is important, apart from the engineering aspect architecture is an art, (actually that is opinion and topic of hot debate which we will put on hold for the time-being) and thus highly subjective, many writers have the tendency to fall in love with the buildings/architects they have researched and thus almost express a strange eroticism for them.
In a sense most architecture books are wharbelgharbal from some poor lad who never got further then an internship at a local firm and now confesses his love for white walls and Corbusier in a meaningless pool of drivel bound by firm carton and stuffed with impossibly technically fantastic yet boring pictures.
If you want to learn about architecture just look up what books architecture studies use, it will be dry and factious but it's much easier to shape your own opinions when given clay instead of a vase.
If you don't want the literary equivalent of dry weetabix, get a Taschen book, they will never delve very deep, the writing is enjoyable and you can impress your peers with the size of your book. The only problem with that is the better they get the more expensive they become and larger.
In the end, they are just really adult picture books.
Water jumps like that are fucking terrifying cause its really hard to judge how high the horse will jump. At that level of competition the horses all have the scope and ability to jump that long but some go for height as well as length and some jump much flatter. I never could get the hang of features like that. They're super neat though

She ignores fundamentals and programmatic definitions since she has no knowledge on them, sadly she is revered by many casuals for her designs, she has no concept of scale and context and just lands her alien vessels everywhere, all her buildings are about her the architect, not about the environment and the forthcoming users.
She is the organic Coop Himmelb(l)au without the incredible engineering prowess, self-awareness or angry well-written letters on the current state of architecture.

Also, on my way home from the mall I walked this little shady road (its was dark, the time was 10pm) and I walked behind this scrawny teenage boy who seemed to be on his way home from the gym. When I walked behind him he looked back over his shoulder nervously a few times. I caught up on him, and eventually passed him since I walked way faster than him. While I walked behind him and he looked back I had this pretty aggressive hardcore song on in my headphones, and... idk haha I cant describe the feeling I got, it was as if the tables were turned and it was the dude who for once was scared of walking home alone at night. Just where I passed him the street didnt have any lights, so it was really really dark, and he looked so scared hahaha.
I probably sound insane for typing this, but it was like a power rush? I dont know, it was a weird feeling.
