I saw a man in Amsterdam today not wearing shoes, he must have a callus layer on his feet that knows no equal (think three big mac patties) considering how dirty/rough/covered in nails/glass the pavement is.

I mean I'm not gonna sit here and say I don't occasionally go sans shoes, but that's only like...in the grass outside my home or something of that nature. I'm not walking around campus going to classes and into the dining hall barefoot. Like really, you're not one with mother earth, that period of time came and went a long fucking time ago. The words "dirty hippies" is pretty much how the rest of Montana sees my town.

its true-- like the most i'll do without shoes is run to the little beach store down the road from my parents house--its called "the little store" and is basically just a lakeside pit stop convenient store. Maybe I'll go up to the grocery store without shoes on a sunny day if im getting off the boat or something and going on a store-run in just a swim suit cover-up or something-- but flip flops are so easy that there's really no excuse...ESPECIALLY for a full-day on campus at school...its too on purpose to not be annoying, too.

I do..and i get paranoid and close it often, but then open it again about 5 minutes later out of boredom. I mainly just worry when I click on a thread and there's something NSFW that pops up. It isn't that I'm worried someone will see it-- but if there were an audit of my internet usage and inappropriate images or threads came up it wouldn't look so hot.

I'm taking ochem, physics, and calc (and two other small classes) this semester and every single person who asked me which classes i'm taking have told me not to do that and i'm gonna have no life if i do it. i'm pretty stressed about it, and i'm torn on what to do.

i took statistics, calc, and programming all in the same semester with a couple of other small classes, and yeah it sucked balls. id keep them if you need to in order to stay on track for graduation, but if you can take them in separate semesters without affecting your overall plan and grad date--do so.
I took anatomy, physiology, pathology, interviewing, electrocardiology, and diagnostic methods in one semester. yeah, it sucked, but you just gotta sack up and do it.
Considering that I have 3 computer screens in front of me (and two computers in total) it would make far more sense for me to be looking at a screen than my phone... that and the screens are not visible from anyone's perspective but mine.

I graduated a semester early from my first college so I had the winter off. Then transferred that fall but ended up not liking the major and took the winter off again cuz I didn't know what I wanted to do.
