.Rybak.Start eating a lot healthier and a lot less until i can actually exercise. (cardio) Right now I'm only able to walk and fast walk pretty much because I'm still recovering from surgery. I'm still not able to lift over 5 lbs until who knows how long.
I don't know about you, but my vice is soda. I cut it out of my diet and it's been the hardest thing ever. The key for me is everytime I want a coke, I think to myself, "When your done, will you be that much happier than if you had just drank water?" I guilt myself out of it every time.

Thats the same with me, I drink way too much pop. But I cant drink water, I need something with some flavor

First semester in college I lost a lot of weight and I was trying to conserve meal points(ended being a dumbass move) so I only drank water. Also consistently drink water throughout the day. I have a super crazy healthy aunt who always tells everyone to drink large amounts of water and I thought she was full of shit. Surprisingly water can somewhat fill you up and reduce your desire to eat.

I had the same problem when I was trying to cut back on pop I finally just told myself juice was way better and better for me, but I eventually cut back on drinking juice as well. How I cut back on juice was I started mixing juice with water to dilute it. Then eventually I just stopped craving all the sugar in my drinks. Now I like really watered down flavouring in my water or no flavouring. My body gets the hydration it needs and I get what I want.

Well aren't you just such a badass. I bet most people are in shape seeing as skiing requires some athletic ability. Almost everyone that commented is in decent shape currently and talked about how they fixed being overly unhealthy. I've never been someone who you'd pick out and say he is fat and out of shape, but I certainly have become more fit and I'm sure this goes for several people in the thread.

Last time I decided to pull an allnighter before flying wasn't so cool though. I was gonna fly to the US (from germany) and the flight was supposed to go at 9am, so I just didn't sleep the night before. It started with 2h delay which kinda sucked because I didn't want to sleep at the airport, not knowing when the plane would leave. Then the flight itself sucked as hell, lots of turbulence, lots of annoying children on board, so I couldn't sleep there either. And then, when I was supposed to land in Atlanta, there was a huge thunderstorm, so we had to queue for like another 2h until we had no more fuel and flew to a small airport. We couldnt leave the plane there and they didn't have any food or drinks anymore because the airport didn't have an international terminal. When I finally got to Atlanta I had of course missed my connection flight to charleston, so more waiting and stress. I think in the end, I was a wake for like 60h or so before I finally got to my destination.
Well that text turned out longer than I thought :D
hahaha daymnnnn. so I shared this on my facebook. a half hour after i share it, this girl (who happens to be a red head) that i was sleeping with a couple months ago texts me and completely starts bitching me out. Saying that all men are the same in the way that we treat women like items that are insignificant compared to men. And this video does nothing but prove it.
Then the next text she sends me after her psycho fit, she asks me to give her a crazy rating.

"You just proved that I was just an item. If men could just pull their head out of their asses for five seconds and see that the crazy they think they see is women genuinely caring. Men cant care like that because we have different hormones. But do we turn around and call yall crazy for it? HELL NO. The smart women who have the biggest hearts let men walk all over them, because they care so much they cant let go. I didnt even finish the video but i can already tell where it went.
