Either way, I'm feeling fucking awesome right now. Put up 265 x 5 on the bench press at the gym today which is a new personal best. That's an improvement of 160 pounds since I started my "training log" 13 months ago. Unfortunately, now I'm so fucking jacked on caffeine and other chemicals that are bad for my heart that I want to run around and fuck shit up, but my body is just about ready to give out haha.
