Can anybody give a summary of what I should know about nuclear fusion for a physics project due tomorrow morning? I'm supposed to be an expert on it and teach the class about it. And the Wikipedia page just has a bunch of links and other scientific jargon.

Are you kidding about the food? You really shouldn't be sitting on the toilet that long. Your ass isn't supposed to be propped open that long (think about the unnaturalness of sitting on the toilet stretching out your asshole). Causes hemorrhoids etc. Our bodies are supposed to just squat, get in get out, not be chilling. I know it's relaxing to chill and read or listen to music but studies show no bueno.
I do enjoy listening to a podcast while I'm in there though

I should have clarified I don't bring in meals or plates of food, just a granola bar(or some other snack food) and bottle of water. I take 5 minute shits, my b hole is fine
