Have you really never taken a class where every single Powerpoint lecture was posted online, the prof reads directly from the Powerpoints in lecture, and the exams are based solely on the Powerpoints? I even had classes while I getting my master's that were like this. In my neuropsych pharm class, I showed up for the first day of class and for three classes after that to take the exams. I scored over 100% in the class. Derp.
Yea but most everything is taught in class with minimal online stuff. I go to a private university where class size is 20-30 students and some teachers even take attendance for credit.
Some classes have added incentives, ie hints for exams, bonus points, etc. while others have means of deducting points without a strict attendance policy like iClickers, pop quizzes, and days where certain sections are required to participate.
Yeah I'm sure they do now. My sophomore year of college was like maybe the second year they were actually used so the administration was still pretty green when it came to cheating.
Mind you...this was before iClicker even existed. We had PRS.
My dad keeps dropping hints that he wants me to move back to my own house. Their super subtle though, so Idk if I'm being paranoid. He just says stuff like, move out, or when are you leaving.
Hs basketball team lost the section championship tonight. So bummed for my hokies that are on the team. This should have been state champs this year.
Oh well. Somebody has to lose I guess. Worst part is that we lost to the cockiest school in the world.
