the hitman charges were at best entrapment and at worst outright fabricated. the DEA got completely out of control trying to get something to stick. a while after the case one of them caught a 6.5 year sentence for extortion and obstruction of justice so not exactly a reliable source.
as for the drug dealing i personally don't give a fuck. maybe the government should smarten up and allow alternatives to buying cartel fentcoke off the street if they actually care about people's health and safety (they don't). that or at least pretend to be consistent and throw the entire purdue family in the cell with ross.

I'm not a libertarian, just a degenerate who bought many things from the darknet markets back in the silk road era lmao. Ross was universally loved on the markets. Luckily I can just buy weed in a store now like a normal person
