3 months since I consumed any thc and it feels like an accomplishment, but otherwise I don't feel any better than I did like the first couple weeks out. Still feel depressed and dumb a lot of the time. I will say I think my skiing is getting better.

First run of the day. I'm skiing (faster than anyone else) on a new blue groomer run next to the lifts. I'm carving and I see a nice roller in front of me. Obviously I'm going to air it. I pop too hard and fly to the moon. The roller was lot more kicky than it looked to be. I land very backseated on my edges. Jumping mid carve doesn't always work out. Anyways my other ski ejected (for the first time with pivots) and I fell on to my back while other ski wanted to jump again. I slid like 20 meters down and ended up into a ditch. Now my ass is hurting. My knee hurts. My brake bent in a weird way. Now it gets stuck under ski base. And worst of all there is hole in my sidewall from this majestic crash. I have never crashed like that.
A ranch was bought next to my friends ranch. Middle aged lawyer lady with no experience just went through divorce decided to buy it. My friend worked for her for 3 years and finally quit because it was such a shit show. He was one of the last people to quit and when he told her she started crying. He asked why she decided to try ranching and she told him, "because someone told me to follow my dreams" apparently she still owns it but just leases it out.
My friends ranch is 57square miles and he has been operating it for 9 years they have lost 10k 2years in a row now. His dad is a 4th generation rancher and is pressuring my friend not to ranch and do something else. Unless you have some tricks up your sleeve I wouldn't recommend.

This is entirely fair, but I have no plans to quit my job to start a ranch full time. I intend to have one that i work on as a secondary revenue stream, that is probably that size, but not my main thing yknow? I feel like it's also insane to attempt that kind of work on your own. I wouldn't dare without a partner.

Does the drive eat into the two weeks? Never been to Mount Hood but always wanted to road trip out there and then stop at a bunch of places on the way home. Id say do hood for 2 weeks then explore the country on your drive home.

Using my proform to get a pair of 186mango 90s I had a pair of magnus 90s in 186 that I bought from a dude on here years ago and they were so much fun because they were so long it was impossible to fall off of a rail and you could spin forever sadly the bindings pulled out because there were so many holes the ski was Swiss cheese
