WoFlowzLFGGGG I PASSES PRE CALC!!!! C baby!!!!! 8/100 on the final and emailed the professor apologizing for my performance on the final last week after all the time he put into me during office hours and extra meetings and math labs. I also mentioned I ran out of my adderall script during finals and it was refilled to the wrong pharmacy. Buttttt I Got my first semester grades back yesterday and i has two A’s a B+ and a C!!
Hyped i can move onto calc, still filed to Credit/No credit the class cause ain’t no way i want that on my transcript when i apply for summer research

Sounds like you would benefit from retaking precalc. I don't really remember what the fuck pre calc even is vs calc 1 but gotta assume it's pretty essential.

I remember calc being a little easier than precalc for some reason. Calc 2 is where it really ramps up. Then calc 3 is fun again
Jemsthrowaway electives are the classes you do well on to account for the actual hard classes later on.
well i was being facetious anyway because pre-calc is the foundation for calc 1,2,3 which i believe are all required for home boiz desired program/career path and in no way an elective
i lowkey had a great day today, hung out with a bunch of friends, went to mcDs, jokes were all hits no misses, squashed beef, took a shit with 2 of the boys in the bathroom, and talked to this girl, thanked the teachers that wrote me recs. break is gonna be fire as flick. my life is like so much better rn then it has been for the past 3 months.

Fuck no. Won't ever cross the line buddy. Also you gotta work for Vail still. I gotta bust this season out and then we will see. She's thinking of buying a house so she can be close to her airbase which is near our hometown

I might have to burn my Harlaut pants. They are not that big but they still don't feel like my pants. Last year I was fine with them. I guess it's time to tighten things up and be normal.
Blew a tire yesterday otw to copper and had to turn around, then I was scheduled on my time off for a shift on Christmas on weds. So I basically drove 6 hours home thurs, got a flat tire yesterday, and now have to leave 3 weeks early on Tuesday back to boring ass Durango and purgs 2 rails for the rest of the season. Didn’t even get to ski copper.
I am seriously just considering quitting. I’d lose my employee pass but I wouldn’t mind not skiing purg for the rest of the season. I didn’t ski Jan-April last season anyway and it wasn’t the end of the world.
like I enjoy skiing but it’s getting harder and harder to ski every year, it’s a pain in the ass to work at the resort as a full time college student, the only reason I’m working there in the first place is for the pass but I remembered that purg usually isn’t even worth skiing most of the time.

Ive been listening to Michael Lewis’ podcast Against the Rules and this season is all about legal sports betting in the USA and how it came about. They touch on arbitrage betting too. People who do it, ways the companies try to prevent it, etc.
Its not a horrible idea but jfc you can get burned bad
I dabble a little with forex. That’s the extent of my betting as of late.

There is this podcast focused around investing/finance/entrepreneur(which is btw the only listenable podcast in the world). They had their own analyst as a guest who apparently made 300k from it before covid. I was just wondering if it's challenging and only for actually smart people or is it something that normal person is capable of doing. Sounded like free money. Apparently the amount of situations has reduced after covid significantly though. So it's not apparently worth it today.
Ahh Vail resorts sending scabs from Podunk ski hills in the Midwest and east with little training to park city is just classic Vail. And also illegal. Get ready for boomer dentists to be responsible for your health and safety

learning about how regenerative agriculture can increase rainfall over that parcel of land… if someone were to do this to the east of mountains would it cause more snow to fall on the mountain?
