armchair_skierBeen trying to do a mini weight cut to get ready for ski season
started at 247
down to 234
Trying to see how much weight I can lose without giving up too much strength and without properly starving myself ( I had a smoothie half a pizza and beer last night for dinner)
BigPurpleSkiSuityeah, but as someone who's always been skinny I have to be doing upper body workouts involving pushups and pullups to ward off the ever present body dysmorphia which I've gotten from years of our culture's he-man like movie stars including, but not limited to Dwayne the Rock Johnson, Hugh Jackman, and Henry Cavill.
SendyMcSendyfacesmoke a bowl and have a wank homie
VTshredder69lmfao. If serious thats a solid cut - over what period of time?
BallClapperBut having a wank is manslaughter!!! MUST PROTECT ANY POTENTIAL LIFE. THINK OF ALL THE LIVES.

BigPurpleSkiSuitI'm just kidding, but it makes loads of difference when I can see 'THE PUMP'
treebeardMy dude sometimes you gotta ask yourself if you really wanna be the stereotypical meathead "manly man". Like what real benefit does that offer your life? There might be a specific kind of woman that goes for that, but in my experience what matters more is dressing well for your body type, and good hygiene, both of which lead to a better self-image which again is attractive to women who aren't the female equivalent of the bro douche.
Buy some nice clothes that fit well, doesn't have to be full-on tailored or like suits and shit, but do a bit of googling on what's in style right now and go from there, find what works for you, get one or two things that feel outside your comfort zone. Us skinny guys have the advantage of getting CUT when we're fit, but we're never gonna be the fuckin swole, ladies hanging off both arms kinda guy and that's totally fine
SendyMcSendyfacefor real though, body dysmorphia sucks ass, and the male side of it is rarely discussed, although modern gym culture seems to be talking more. It don't always feel like it, but it does get better.
