anyone here dealt with hip impingement? it flared up a month or so ago but overall it's a relatively mild case, doc just told me to go to physical therapy. the pain is still sporadic but has mostly gone away by now. after going back to weighted squats over the weekend the pain got worse so PT told me to dial back the squats. kinda worried about what this means for my lower body exercise/sports in the future including skiing

However I need some sort of clutch mechanism to stop the spool from turning whenever the cable is fully wound, but it would have to engage by itself. How would I go about doing this? Sort of. During morning classes there was different things you could do and you had to pick one of them. Lot of options like making Christmas cards or memes, few different museum tours, board games, wrestling, dancing or bowling and much more. And in the afternoon there was supposed to be a something about how to study and use calendar+ not so interesting panel.

No. It was called "wellbeing day".
I think it's now because people get tired and deppressed because of the darkness. We have under 8 hours of daylight now.
