Just cleaned my house. The fine scent of vinegar.

Have two of my best friends staying with me for an undetermined period of time. So excited. Mammoth spring. I'll finally have extra money as of monday. Olympic interview went well. Ninetyfour and I have done business and I now have new bindings (he will shortly) to go on my new skis that have been sitting here for 2 months. Camping end of next week. River float in 2 weeks. They just rebuilt the half pipe.

So much good in my life.

All of the hills are closed up in the prairies, but luckily we have this monster here:

The drop in had a mad amount of melt from previous week, last weekend, and it's probably worse this weekend. So we'll probably have to toss some reserve snow on it, and then after that it sounds like were going to have a 'TC weekend' so I'm pretttty excited to stack some jibs up and seeing if I can make it :D

finally found a girl worth my time. literally redefined my definition of a person of substance, is super chill to talk to about, really smart, realllllly cute, and all around awesome. anddddd of course the last day of school this year will be the last time i see her in my entire life. she lives too far away to see her over the summer and she's doing a school year abroad in france next year - my senior year. fuck that seriously.

and of course she's gonna be having a sweet time in france partying, going to a sick school, making tons of friends, and i'm gonna be back here in good old CT sitting in my dorm room missing her. yeah, fuck that.

^ i feel ya. Im not going to get into details about my situation but im 25 and i just dont want her to be the one i still think about when im 50 if im not with her. things have been going alright but i often think about things way too much. i dont know, its a lot to swallow
