AbiHMan that concussion thread hit home. Never really thought of my memory issues being linked to my concussions, but it makes total sense.
Don’t necessarily look to far into it, a lot of people have genuin memory issues and concussions arnt always linked to them. Personally I’ve had about 3 severe that had me knocked out and another 2 that weren’t so severe and haven’t hurt my memory at all. Some study’s show it isn’t as related as we think. Really depends on the person.

Anyone ever took a huge slam to their hip? I did a week ago and it’s pretty bruised and everything all the way down to my calf, and it’s been getting worse since I wrecked. I’ve been resting and icing everything but it just keeps getting more and more painful to try and stand/walk. Should I go get an x-ray or something or wait it out? I really don’t wanna shell out a bunch of money for an X-ray if it’ll just be better in another month or something but I’m genuinely concerned I did something pretty bad to my leg

We really had no idea where we were moving to, since we’d never been there before and didn’t realize how hard it is to get places. We can go to Reno, just not if it’s snowing and we can get a hotel because drunk driving isn’t an option on these roads.
Both myself and my boyfriend work in management, so we don’t hang chill with losers. We just don’t chill with anyone. Everyone here is either on vacation from the bay or a white person with dreads and half a brain. It’s just taking a much longer time than I thought to make friends and find our way around than I thought. Plus I miss the east heavy.

Yep been watching the superbowl for 5 minutes and wow I wanna just eat and go to bed, idk I get people being hyped on the sport they grew up playing but a 7 yard run or whatever isnt sick to me
its my friday tomorrow but it does suck huge nuts doing a snowy early morning commute to not go skiing. oh well, tuesday and wednesday will be fire at the bird.

To some people the fact that he's a rich white person on a team with more white people than other teams(solely by racism towards whites in the nfl making their salaries cheaper ala Edelman or welker) and wins a lot is enough cause to hate him. They're racists, plain and simple.

I honestly do not think that FIS Slopestyle Worlds will happen tomorrow. Its too wild out there, and more snows on the way tomorrow + winds. All the officials and volunteers staying at my work are freaking the fuck out this week already lol
For me it is wake up freezing cold 4am, walk 10k. Make some kebabs. rest till lunch. Walk 10k, dig till midnight. Rinse and repeat for 3 weeks.
Just a rental ski shop lol it's not work that's causing it, Ive just been sleeping at a friends where the beds just stiff as fuck and I literally cant sleep in dead silence and theres no fan. Hour and a half till I'm back at my house and I'm gonna fucking craaaash cause I'm off tomorrow.
