basically long story short, someone or something fucked up this dudes 2 bedroom condo reservation so I had the fun job of trying to find him an ideal condo for the week/weekend with TONS of inventory (just kidding, we're at like 85-90% occupancy) at like 11pm, after flying from PA with his family and tired kids. Got that solved, he was cool and stuff/passed all the info along to my morning staff. Im supposed to be out of there and closed up by like 11:10pm so im already pushing the envelope. And then his buddy checks in at like 11:30pm, of course none of the housekeeping requests were met for them, so here I am for another hour scrambling around finding blankets and pillows for this dude and his kids, but they were pretty cool I guess.
Kinda shitty situations when literally every resource to help you solve this issue is at home in bed sleeping or whomever makes the schedules just fuckin wiffs it, or they simply just dont have the manpower for it. Wewww, Happy holidays!
