Yeah there is no good weather in the forecast. I'd take some man made snow in a heartbeat. I should go for a long walk to snow this weekend while it's still dry. Might be a long time until any significant lift access terrain opens up.

Ok what do you guys pay for getting snow tires, balance and an alignment? I just paid 240 at big'o tires which is pretty comparable to an expensive Volvo dealership I worked at, if not more than them. Also didn't fix the vibration in the front left so now I gotta pay for whatever that is.

I know that I help people at my job at the bank where they wouldn't otherwise find it, but at the end of the day I work for an organization that makes its living off of giving the stupid and those with poor impulse control enough rope to hang themselves with. It's depressing me.

Alignment is about $100. Get another set of wheels man. Lots of shops will swap wheels for free. When I buy tires I get free mounting, before I buy snow tires I’ve always bought a second set of used wheels for like $150 and then I don’t have to pay for mounting.

Yeah I mean I've paid 85 for an alignment but if bigo charges 100 then I paid 59 a fucking tire, last year I was lucky cause I just had one of the homie techs swap mine for free in 10 minutes, and worked across from a good tire shop.

Had my friend and his girlfriend over tonight for a movie night. They were going through movies and decided on Kill Bill, I didn't say anything til the movie started and then said it was an awesome movie. They shit on it through out the movie and at the end they said it was a terrible movie and this was a reason "to not always trust ratings." They then put on a New Girl Compilation followed by a vine compilation. I lost all respect for them tonight. I don't want to sound like a pretentious dick but god damn what is wrong with some people. The girlfriend also said that she heard Pulp Fiction is an awful movie and that she has no interest to see it.

Getting a foot of snow in northern NY this weekend and I can't even go skiing until I go home for Thanksgiving break bc all my shit is home and I can't get my pass til then. This is fucking depressing bc I'm itching to get back on snow.

48 bucks for majestic and explorer, not quite worth it in my book when you can get a pass for night riding later in the year that's good from 4-9 for 25 bucks or so

Don't worry dude. I'm working towards my commercial pilot's license, just gonna bum around and fly planes. Listened to my parents a little to much, and tried to do uni first. Realized that there was no way I could afford uni and flying, so I ditched uni. The way I see it, I can get a flying job without a degree, but I can't fly without my license.

Great time, don't get to stoned so you can't do tricks though, even though carving and mobbing stoned is a beautiful time. Also all the employees on the hill will know you're high so just act cool in the line.

It snowed here yesterday and it was total fucking pandemonium lol. There were like 500 something car crashes, if not more. Best part is I made it home perfectly fine in a 10 year old honda fit with not too much additional time added on. Didn't get stuck on a hill, slide into somebody in front of me, break anything by hitting a curb etc... People were abandoning their cars, running out of fuel and whatever.

Even living in NH people were still year after year panicking and shit. Many people are dumb and don't get snow tires and assume they're safe even with AWD and still just spin out.
