Besides skiing, I think my 2nd favorite thing is watching Hockey and getting drunk. Nothing better. Go wings, Im stoked they got that first win under their belt. Helluva game and a great Overtime.

oh damn, those are still the best time though, been skiing a patch of snow at Brighton last 2 weeks but it's over now since its pretty bare, soon though....
Normally I don't care about how fast it gets cold and whatnot as long as I'm skiing by early December, but this indian summer held on a bit too long. I'm tired of the sun and stoked for the shitty rainy weather to come this week and for it to finally snow in the mountains.

I'm hyped it did in Utah, I got 5 days in at Brighton, but it's still way up on the mountains and needs to melt soon before pow actually comes in, could get sketchy fast.

Thanks man. I get to start my second job as a professional ski bum next week. I hope it starts to snow soon.
Wouldnt really recommend doing that...it takes a toll on your social life. Im lucky to have friends that call me on a regular basis to remind me that I still exist in the real world.

Engineering Officer on heavy lift cargo ship. I was doing the Salt run on the East coast for 2 months, then got transferred for 4.5 months to do the Arctic trips.
2 trips to Milne Inlet and Pond Inlet, 1 trip to Baker Lake and a trip to Rankin Inlet.
This is my ship (and my home since June 29th). Shes quite the bad-ass ship; built in 2016. Id post more pictures, but the internet here prevents me from uploading pictures :

Got together with some dudes who I met here and go to my school, built a solid rail, and set it up with some arena snow on Sunday. Finally stomping rails consistently, even nailed a few lip ons, and I'm obscenely stoked to have found some homies to shred with this winter. It was getting really lonely here in Ontario.
Our new dog is the most insane and adorable thing ever. It's crazy how she can annoy me so much and still give me all the feels. She's got a real knack for being good all day, and then stealing whatever food I've been looking forward to for hours. Can't wait to take her skiing! Anybody have good dog jacket recomendations?

I think it was almost a year to the date when that guy shot and killed the foreign exchange student girl on campus and tried fleeing up to emigration canyon. Kinda nutty, The valleys turning into a weird place now.
QuaffI think it is time to switch roommates...since I have gotten to the point of actually thinking of ways to kill him and make it look like a mistake.
