Pretty sure you just wash it like normal, but you dry them on low - as heat is what would mess them up, you can always recoat them though... REI has this guide

i have a big close group of friends and have a single homie who doesnt smoke, but still boozes and likes to rage a bit. hes a good lad because hes the dude that helps take care of us who get too fucked up or are having a bad time with acid or something lol.
My friend is officially on the women's US Nation Rugby team. Her and her mom got the rules changed so she could play high school rugby as a 6th grader and she hands down carried the team. She had to have scored 95% of our tries and not because other backs were bad, she was just that freaking good. She now goes to Dartmouth (which I assume is for Rugby purposes) and in her freshman year, casually makes the National team. So crazy but so awesome for her.
Andddd on that note, they should make another airbud movie and make it rugby themed.

Did my audition for music school yesterday! Really glad I did it, the guys running the audition were pretty chill but didn't let anything on whether they liked it or not. Fingers crossed! I find out Nov 2nd.
