safarisamSpending all day in airports.
bike.life.beckI need to get back out to killington
Titus69Fuckin Capitals babyyyy!!!!!
Titus69Anyone in Salt Lake working somewhere short staffed? Need a job asap and all these fucking listings require drug screenings and shit and I'm not sure I'll pass yet.
MinggHOLY SHIT. Went to the Niagara Falls Airshow today and it was fucking SICK. I wasn't sure about it but watching an F22 Raptor literally go straight up, stall, go backwards and then take off and do more crazy shit was fucking wow. My mind is blown. I would highly recommend attending any similar events if possible. Soooo cool.
I also tried a flight simulator thing to land a plane and it was much harder than it looks. Definitely cool to try though.
brotherdadIf you’re willing to commute up to pc, The resort will hire just about anyone as long as you’re not a psychopath.
Titus69Lol what are the jobs up there? Not a bad drive but I'm gonna try to talk to a few here, sucks they all go through Labcorps so they're good on what's clean piss and what's not. Trying to stick with car detailing but not trying to be picky.
brotherdadThey need lifties, activity attendants, bussers, line cooks etc. nothing super glamorous, but it’s a fun atmosphere. If you know anything about bikes that’s a plus too. aaaand no drug test.
Titus69Definetly fine with being a dishwasher considering some of the pay down here at least, got family friends in PC to visit so gonna look there then. Only avoiding lifty jobs cause I'm here partially to ski as much as a I can and as hard as I can.
brotherdadI wouldn’t worry about skiing at the moment. They do things on a seasonal basis, so whatever gig you chose would only be until September, and if you wanted to transfer in the winter to another position where you could ski more, they’re happy to accommodate that.
Titus69Word thanks, I'll look into that, and maybe see if they have a grounds crew or something too. Trying to make 10 or more and maybe something with tips, luckily rents cheap cause we moved in halfway through this month.
safarisamjust went to the hospital for anaphylaxis ama
MinggMy boyfriend is golfing and I’m driving the cart and he burps and says “excuse me” and I go “you’re welcome” and now I’m cut off from my pbrs. FUCK
Titus69Damn that sucks, PBR is quality shit.

DeebieSkeebiesUtah Olympic Park, duder. Same damn deal as PCMR in the summer practically. Ziplines, alpine slides, ropes courses, giving tours of all the venues, getting people stoked on freeskiing and seeing kids huck meat into the pools. Can make a killing in tips doing that plus I was making like 12-13/hr. Could be a good way to get your foot in the door with other resort gigs in the winter. I'm considering being a devo coach for TPCU this winter part-time.
Titus69so worst case scenario I sack up and get sweaty and dirty.
RparrIt'l put some hair on yet chest. Congrats on escaping the clutches of the east coast though. I'm starting to think I never will
RaarlThat shit sucks. What are you allergic to? Haven't had issues for 4 years now because the 3 nuts I'm allergic to are pretty easy to avoid
MinggTl;dr: PBR IS QUALITY SHIT.
Titus69I'm gonna be up in PC meeting some people for the job I want this afternoon, sounds like it could work cause a previous email said they can start training me when I'm ready, and the owner looks like a long haired chiller so hopefully no piss required. If that fails I have a few others waiting to interview me but PC definetly sounds like a good spot, all my friends here landscape too so worst case scenario I sack up and get sweaty and dirty.
DeebieSkeebiesI miss throwing picks around and building sprinkler lines, diggin mad holes, mulching beds, planting days stoned af, all that shit, Landscaping is a pretty fun job but I like being in quiet libraries with A/C a little bit more.
Honestly doe, I never ever had to pee in a single cup working a while in PC. Plus running ziplines and shit is pretty easy to figure out work-wise, and like most hard/manual labor jobs, just dont fuck up and get people hurt/yourself hurt.
Mother fuck those ziplines though. Get me on hill crew, that shits way more fun.
