AR events in the intermountain west sound freakishly powerful this week. Like if it produces the maximum amounts projected of real dense snow, no one will be able to get anything open

Plus side is our season very well may have just gotten another month or two added on. Fuck yeah.

Well my dogs back leg doesn't seem to work as if she had a stroke or something, ordered some CBD treats from a quality source but not sure the 2 day wait to evem see if she can walk again is worth it. Walking her requires force and a sling, just wanna see if the treats will help her walk without falling again, she's come a long 14 years, maybe a few days of pain could be worth it.

Just fucking sucks knowing I'll come home from work to just a shitty cat, but cool parents.

They are one of the first bands I have seen where I straight up nerded out after the show about how goddamn cool they were haha. Must see 30 more times.

My skiing has progressed a ton this year. I landed a front 4, switch 3, 2 on, 3 safety, swlip blind 2, and almost landed a swlip 2 in the past two days. So grateful for the homies that push me to try new shit.

At one point it felt like it would happen any day and I thought I would be ready. But then he seemed to have gotten better and now this came out of nowhere and I was not anticipating any of it. Gonna miss him a ton. I got to see him on my birthday last month. Had no idea that would be the last time.

F it I told my boss I'm skiing Friday. Still have a big stupid pile of work but whatever I'll probably be ahead enough by Friday and if not YOLO. My buddy can ski and he almost never has Friday off + new snow and like a 1000' snow level in the forecast.

Had a seriously emotional goodbye with my dog on lunch break, then come home to find the euthanize person still here, went inside a minute after it happened. Wish I came inside earlier but the goodbye earlier was how i wanted it, fuck I'm gonna miss you Sophie, thanks for the best childhood ever.

Also euthaniziation is fucking expensive.

Vibes. That is the worst. Super painful to be there when it happens. Really don't know if I can go through it again. 3 of my 4 dogs are very elderly though so yeah. Dogs are the best.

Lol sorry man, last 2 days have sucked knowing today was it, within milliseconds I'm in tears sometimes and it sucks. Didn't go away to school so I had almost 2 extra years to hang with her everyday which created a tight fucking bond. Had my homie come by with his 3 year old golden so she could sniff a dog one last time and it sucked seeing him cry cause he loved her too. She was overweight and had lumps, also had one bad and one non functional back leg so it kinda just time, more snow coming and that just makes it harder on both of us. Just want another dog, my cat sucks.
Just give yours a lot of attention, when it's all over it's good to know you gave them all you could, and don't let yours clean up dinner plates every night cause she'd probably make it til summer if we didn't load her with clean ups.

Probably gonna get my order of cbd treats tomorrow too which I was hoping would help her walk a little better, guess I'll save them for a friends pet or something.

Yeah it blows, first dog died of cancer when I was like 8 and I remember my 18 year old brother losing it as much as I was today not really understanding it that much. Just sucks that this one wasn't sick, very happy but immobile and morally it's all we could do.


Seriously though vibes to Mingg, hope she's doing well.

too to be fair, a fresh factory wax and tune will do wonders but it was springtime snow conditions with heavy freeze/thaw action going on and had no issues at high speeds railing turns.

cant speak for the 108's but my 106's were the most stable ski ive ever been on. They charged through everything, felt like i had mack trucks strapped to my feet

Hopefully although there is a slim chance we will end up down at Skibowl all day. We both have fusion passes. If I get my way we will ski both. Snow is looking like it will be better higher up.

blown away with how quick and snappy they can be. It was pouring rain today but the snow as all slushy and hauling ass was so fucking fun. Not a single soul in sight and you could just really open it up and carve the shit out of everything. it felt so good just linking those turns together and airing knolls and cat tracks. Sooo fucking stable at any speed. First runs were a little wonky yesterday but getting more and more used to the ski and loving every second of it.

Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to ride them yet. My beater skis have lasted a lot longer than I thought they would, lol. I'm still so stoked to mouth them up tho!
