I love my ravens but I have guardians mounted up on them as a resort/touring/sidecountry ski and it rips, but wish it was a bit fatter. love how it skis though, its very playful.

search4freshiesI was in an avy forecasting clinic this past weekend, and we spent all day Sunday in the Northern San Juans comparing forecasts to in-field conditions. I Honestly couldn't believe what I saw. Absolute junk. Surface hoar ontop of a decent enough layer of about 20cm, all on top of about 15-25cm of faceted garbage snow that will literally kill you. I mean this shit was like mega crystals of cold crap that from late Nov-Dec that consolidate as well as a bag of Legos. It is super fucking sketch out there and it looks like our entire winter season might be fucked, BUT now is a perfect time to learn about all of this shit. I also have a feeling deep down in my ballsack that we are gonna get some later month snow and the spring skiing is gonna be all time!!!
Twinjibber77Just decided and set up a week long trip to Chamonix and wherever the fuck I feel like going. Pretty much out of nowhere. Fucking pumped, even if it's a solo trip. Thinking about hitting the Dolomiti and Switzerland on the way back. Stoke factor: OFF THE RAILS!

MinggI feel like my supervisors are threatened by me and intentionally hold me back, send me home early when it’s “slow,” and tell me the wrong information so my performance isn’t as high.
Just this week we had we had a parent who was visibly nervous about putting their kids in lessons so I talked her through what a normal lesson looks like and assured her the instructors would never do anything unsafe/out of the kids ability level. During this discussion my supervisor walks up and literally tells me to stop talking (did one of those talk to the hand gestures) and told me just to sign them up - the parent looked at me/us with disgust and didn’t sign her kid up. I was then blamed for losing the sale when it was the blatant rudeness and disconcern for the parents concerns.

I'm about to go up tomorrow and dig a pit near the divide in the Front Range. Lets see how much hell I can find.
search4freshiesDefinitely. This is a purchase I'd make immediately after buying a pre-rolled joint. But as an adult version it'd have to be legit. Printed on nice paper, paper size that correlates with a frame size, and content that gives me the ability to choose my medium (colored pencils, paint, water-colors etc.). Idk what I'd pay to be honest. If a 9x12 drawing pad costs $8 I guess I'd pay about $20 for a coloring book to keep me occupied/creative for a few sessions.

MinggNope! She IS the manager.
Our other supervisor works weekends and she is just as bad. She's a special ed teacher during the week and she constantly talks about her kids inappropriately. Like, they're special needs and she tells us all the "funny" stories about them, AKA them doing things normal people don't do and she basically just makes fun of them. It's fucking sad. Anytime anyone asks her a question she immediately goes behind their back and makes fun of them or makes a face like you're stupid. She talks badly about pretty much the entire staff except her friends and is overall rude to customers. She sucks.
I also was hired to work full time. I get that it's been slow, but that's their fault for hiring too many full time people. You can't say its 40 hours per week and then send me home after 3 hours every fucking day. It's bullshit.

DeebieSkeebiesits "slow" here at my work which means everyone gets cut loose 1-2 hours early, but i guess its just the right amount of busy to not allow for ski breaks. our back office management had a bitch fit and pulled both my bosses into a meeting last week to "Talk about me" because i suggested maybe to do some skiing at work while the snow was really good in the last few weeks. we work at a fucking ski resort, get a grip folks.
yesterday sucked, got sent on an airport pickup run to the private airport outside of PC. being able to drive onto the tarmac and be literally right next to private jets and shit was really cool tbh, but my staff gave me wrong info and the flight was an hour later than i was told to go, so i just sat in our car and wasted time. fucked my whole afternoon up, went back to work and find that all of the morning staff is gone home. i wanted to fuckin berate someone.
