It completely depletes your brain of serotonin which results int his. It's starting to be a lot better but the last week I've had severe anxiety, panic attacks and generally felt very bad. which is scary cause now I feel like I can do more X...
Heard from some more experienced ravers they only do it 6 times a year, as it takes two months for the serotonin to replenish.

Titus69Smoking too much pot overtime has given me anxiety. Went to the docs a while back about chest pain and shit, apparently nothing bad just anxiety and I still have it. It's probably cause I still smoke, but for pain, stress and sleep. If this X is Xanax then a kid I know does it daily out in Cali, he'd also drop acid before school.

And also yes - everything you said about the ecstacy. I feel waaaayyy better now already. last week I had anxiety pretty much. Now I cant even fathom how I could have felt so low, ha.

So now I can either go to Mammoth or wait for Saturday to go to Squaw, I don't think I can wait until next season to try these.
OregonDeadSo you should go to Mammoth now if you can. Went down there for the first time this summer and it was even more fun than I expected. Skied Squaw first and I'm glad I hit up both but pick Mammoth if you have to choose. Summer skiing at Squaw was beautiful and tons of fun but Mammoth was fucking rad!
BatemanI didn't ever buy pills before I moved to Berlin (i'm from Oslo, originally and it's a LOT more quiet on that front) and its incredibly easy to get here. Drugs in general. Sometimes I'm walking on the street, and someone walking next to me will just casually say (whilst walking) want some speed, mdma, coke, weed,.... etc etc just name all the shit he's got for sale. This happens multiple times a week. And if you're in a club you just go to the bathroom and ask whoever. It has never taken me more than 10 minutes to acquire both ecstasy and ketamine, after entering a club.
However, I now have a dealer whom I trust, as I'm paranoid about getting some research chemical or whatever - drugs arent ***that*** bad but the horror stories you hear are about people who either a) got something else, or b) did way too much. Usually

Laurent.It's a 'new' thing on the streets, it might have come from the 70's, but use has never been widespread, hence very little data exists about the pharmacological properties, metabolism, and toxicity of 2C-B, until 1997 you could even buy it legally here from 'smartshops'
It's hard to dose, bad trips are rather bad, so few people use it > few people want to use it, although it's slowly rising in popularity.
Drugs have hypes, 4-FA / 4-FMP was the hip thing to do in the Netherlands until it was banned on may the 25th the year, only appeared on the market in '07 as a cutting agent. It's a research chemical of the phenethylamine and substituted amphetamine chemical classes. But even this isn't new, it was first synthesised by two pharmacists from Sharp & Dohme in 1941.
The chemical structure of 4-FA is almost the same as amfetamine, with as only difference the fluor atom in de structure, hence the name.
It was used in animal research for years so for this the pharmacological properties & metabolism are very well described.
So this has in a near instant become the number four tested drug in the Netherlands due to it's familiarity.
Still most people go for the golden oldies, the more adventurous people who already have done a lot of drugs are more inclined to try new kinds off the beaten pad.

DrZoidbergInteresting. I ask because I'm chemist, meaning that's my day job, although I work with catalytic materials not lsd... And for obvious reasons I've never tried to make illegal drugs. I saw a few pictures and it looks like whoever's making this stuff has big kilo scale reactors like I have to scale things up from the lab scale. The setups looked reasonably legit.
