gapersarefriendsSo one of my best buds from school is down here at his girlfriend's house after like a 2 week roadie with her. All year he's like "can't wait to go down there and surf and party" whatever right. So he shows up yesterday and won't even make plans to hang cause "her family made plans" and is just being sooo whipped. What do you guys do when this happens? Mingg6 or 7 cars ahead of me on the highway today was a pretty gnarly crash. All I saw was a car in the air ahead of me, honestly almost thought it drove off the overpass from where I saw it. When it came time where we could drive around, this car was flipped over, destroyed and the driver was still in his seat all upside down, bloody and unconscious/not moving. Shit was fucking nuts. I don't know if I've ever been that close to a high speed accident. I hope everyone is okay.
DayManAlready regretting signing a lease for the next year with my current roommate. I came back from a couple weeks away and he smoked all my weed (he replaced it but still wtf), the place is trashed, and he used my cooler and hat on a canoe trip without asking. He's an alright friend but a terrible roommate.

OregonDeadI think my cousins new place is really close to Squaw Alpine. His wife tagged one of the photos as Tahoma California. I've never been to Tahoe so help me out. Does this mean I need to go visit in a couple of weeks? Will it be worth it for whatever terrain will still be open?

MinggMy suitcase got absolutely destroyed on the way to Portland. My GoPro is missing. My shirts are torn. All the zippers are broken. Fucking fuck.

MinggSouthwest. They're sending me a new(and larger) suitcase. They also gave me a $25 voucher for a future flight. I didn't realize there was so much damage though. When I got it off the belt there was a plastic bag holding everything together and the handle was broken so they gave me the things I said above.
I just got to campus and went to empty some stuff out and found out my things are super fucked. I already filed the report/claim so idk if there's really much I can do anymore.

Palisades we're open and so sick today. Best snow I've had on the palisades in a long time. Lapped palisades to headwall (5 second hike) a couple times and it was so corny all day. Not even mad they closed headwall because it was fresh corn literally all day. Keep the kooks off

MinggIt's alright. I should have looked at it sooner. I'm gonna call and tell them I'm missing items and see what we can do about it.
When I showed the customer service lady(who was super nice btw) she was like "oh yeah that was definitely dragged." So I'm gonna guess this happens every so often? They had a whole storage area of replacement suitcases so it's probs not the first time.
OregonDeadAirline ripped my suitcase completely in half one time. It came down the PDX baggage claim in a big plastic tub. Ended up being a big hassle to file a claim but eventually got paid for the suitcase and ripped clothes.
