Seen so many faculty members from my high school at work, and usually it's them who seem to ignore the fact that I clearly recognize them and make it awkward. I wonder if it's because they think I should be in college and not working a mediocre part time job.
Im a freshman in collage and I haven't felt homesick at school once but every time I leave for a few days and people for school aren't with me, even if its for skiing, i miss csu so much. Doesnt rlly make sense because im not especially happy there

My day has been terrible. Got in a big fight with my girlfriend last night so we weren't really talking, fell headfirst into a tree well and had to go to a dinner at said girlfriend's house and she didn't really talk to me, making things worse

Yeah it happens a fair amount. I think mainly with these monster threads though.
I was having the sickest week ever until today. Spring break in Portes du Soleil, France, with the fam, bluebird weather, 50 degree slush laps all day. Really can't beat it. On top of that, I've been skiing better than I ever have in my life, landing new tricks that I've never done before. I even nutted up and stomped some backies on park jumps for the first time which felt so good.
Well, near the end of the day the jump line got pretty slow, went for a big switch 3, hit the knuckle at 270 and flipped over onto my shoulder and dislocated it. Now I can't fucking ski the rest of the week, and have to be in a sling for the next 6 weeks. Of course it's my right arm too so that'll be interesting going to class/doing normal life things for that time.
anyways, the amount of shredbro douchecanoe snowboarders standing around with tallboys/ciggys at the corner store @ pcmr tryna pick up chicks is hilariously painful to watch. I love drinking beer and people watching

Sounds like you gotta be some drunk to be pissed enough to do a B&E on someone for a hoodie. But yeah skiing tons of back country with plenty of good, free green seems a lot better than boozing to the point of becoming a straight idiot...but alcohol will do that to ya, if he had been super stoney he probably wouldve forgot about his missing hoodie.
