I either had an anxiety attack in my sleep or something else, hopefully not something worse. Woke up at like 4am to find my heart racing and my body a bit sweaty, don't really remember all of it but I fell back asleep quickly I think.

I actually just heard about a caller talking about this on the Doctor Drew podcast, and the caller literally described the exact same symptoms that you had
you should see your doctor, tell them what happened, and get an EKG
what Dr. Drew recommended is that if it happens again you should brace yourself as if you were trying to pick up a heavy object

I actually just saw one for some numbness in my arm, she said it was from knots in my chest likely from falling skiing. The nurse that I talked to before the doctor said they were gonna run an ekg. But after the doctor said my heart and lungs sounded fine, I'm gonna go back soon probably. I'm on 800mg ibuprofen 3x a day and a nighttime muscle relaxer. My mom said she had the same thing last night but idk.

She also said smoking pot, which I do often wouldn't cause any problems but I still don't know if I have an underlying problem.
doublecupdid you have a nightmare or wake up wet from sweating?
Could've been a nightmare as I recall having dreams but I woke up with my heart racing and was certainly somewhat sweaty. I might've felt dizzy but idk if it's from the medication since it's a side effect from th muscle relaxer. If more bad shit happens I'm going back since they didn't do the ekg. I can't ski for a week or two either, idk if I'm on the verge of a stoke/heart attack or what.

ive been on probably ever SSRI b4 and every single benzo at one point, so I can explain any side effects that i have had from my experience with taking those medications

just like a 800mg ibuprofen 3 times a day with meals and then a muscle relaxer called cyclobenzaprine i think, getting dizzy was a side effect my doctor told me but i dont remember her saying id wake up thinking im about to fucking die.

those drugs are for body pain and muscle spasms, why do u take them? do you have fibromyalgia or something like that?
you should the Valium as a muscle relaxant, it is pretty mild, doesnt really have any side effects at a low dose, u kinda have to take a really lot to even experience side effects and even those are just drowsiness

Is it common to have side effects hours after taking it? Had it at around 930 last night and feel some common symptoms from the side effects right now, first time I'm on prescriptions too for at least many years.

Its basically jjust flexeril and my doctor said it was to relieve my muscles. I have a few knots in my upper left chest and she thinks that's causing my arm to numb up and cause some other discomfort.

all those medications are just to suppress the pain, they are not going to resolve the underlying problem
you need to do to physical therapy, yoga, stretching, and do a few deep message sessions

DO NOT DO TO A CHIROPRACTOR THEY ARE BULLSHIT
Yeah ive been stretching a bit, probably about to call out of work cause I'm feeling pretty drowsy and out of concentration and kinda had vision problems earlier as suggested from the ever so legitimate Internet research. I've just overall been concerned with my heart especially from last night
doublecuphas anyone here heard about people getting tattoo freckles to their face to improve their looks?
I think that's actually retarded, like I think freckles are really cute but they change and shit. They're not always the same, and that's legit permanent. I don't see why you wouldn't just do that with makeup lmfao

This actually happened to me a few weeks ago!! I got an EKG, everything looked okay. I guess i'm just stressed or something.
SconnieHow does one get edge cracks near the nose of a ski? I'm confused, I have edge cracks like 2 inches from the end of the edge on my kartels.
slamming into shit. Line i think does a slap test? There's a video about it. Basically if your noses are constantly slapping into the snow or rails etc it's gonna be hard on it.
Also i'm sitting here chillin with some chocolate milk at my desk writing a paper. I have a plank of wood above my desk that has a john wayne quote "Life is hard. It's harder if you're stupid." Bam outta nowhere sign falls on my milk, shit goes everywhere and ruins my cow rug.

It happened again last night and looking around it seems common with benzo or Xanax usage, mom said I should just stop taking the medication which is fine with me. Woke up knowing it was coming so I just sat in bed before going downstairs, mouth was and still is super dry but it literally feels like you'll die. I thinks it's a nocturnal panic attack.

what a morning. 9" overnite where the snow that fell from like 7am till now didnt get factored in so them turns were easily in the 15-20" range. Complete country club pow slaying. Even better is having tomorrow/wedsnday off.
in other news I spent the first day at work today in 3 months and I'm fucking pumped even if I did switch jobs and loose $3/ an hour in the process. Guess it's time to prove myself and work my way back up at a way bigger company.

That happens to me once in a while I never worried about it.
Well I got cleared by the doctor that my knee is skiable again, I wanna get with my best friends girl, kind of ready for slushy warm skiing, stressed as fuck about school and gas money and just life in general yet some things are going well, so hopefully skiing will take my mind off it. But 99.9% of the girls here are overrated hoes and I'm sick of it been thinking about life later and how badly I want to just travel and start fresh with a person but there are so many complications.....
What i love about little dinky mountains is the fact that i rolled up at 10:30am, skied blower till 3 and did not wait in a single lift line.
Also my dream lady kalen thorien was skiing brundage today too and i didn't run into her, sad day. But best day of the winter by far

Was planning on skipping my annual spring CO trip to save money butttt Google flights has round trip tickets from BOS to DIA for $227.. hmm what to do..
ive heard nothing but sketchy stories about the sidecountry access on the canyons side in PC but today was fuckin awesome. insanely deep pockets of snow and stability wasn't that gnarly either. stood on top of a few cornices you could tell were wonky and felt sketch but all in all happy to make it back to the truck with homies after a day of deep slaying.
always a blast skiing pow, getting a bit sauced, and being a total ass with your buds.

Are you talking about the hike-to stuff above 9990? If so, I was up there earlier this year and chopped off a pretty big slab which was really sketch, and it felt pretty unstable everywhere. Real fun area though, large cliffs:

there was a huge cornice break and slide over in dreamcatcher last week, the PC ridgeline is still stuff you cant fuck with, people write it off as easy mellow terrain but that sort of security blanket thinking can go wrong.
that pic is fucked though, the vis was low so not much sending but it was pretty damn deep back there.
