SkierBetchNothing wrong with telling them you're not at a point in your life where you can be around people who are socially drinking. We all need help sometimes, it's stronger to admit you need some support than to try and shrug that off cus I've seen it snowball pretty hard for some people. If they can't accept it, give yourself some space from the situation, work on your goal, ain't no shame in your game!

Also today was the deepest day of the year thus far and holy hell it was fun. Managed to escape the holiday crowds and time my arrival and departure from the south face perfectly. Second to last chair before wind hold mwahaha


Yeah, Daph's right, I know the type as well.

I mean, I freaking wore a Taco costume for opening day, and generally celebrate Gaper Day the last three days of the season (along with a couple snowblade days during if we hit a dry spell) but I know the type as well. People making up for skiing ability with stupid costumes, just trying to get attention. I'm all for being ridiculous and spreading stoke, but plenty of people do it obnoxiously and for the wrong reasons.

Stay strong, if your family is pushing you into drinking when you don't want to you need to talk to them and be honest about whats going on in your life. Do it to keep yourself happy and healthy. Sending good vibes your way!!!

Plz don't say "we" and include me in that category because I don't dress like that lol. It's not that hard to not look dumb. Especially if they wanna spend their day being loud and drunk and crashing into people or otherwise garnering unnecessary attention.

It's not going to be fun or easy, but go full send, commit to it. You'll get there if you set a goal and stick with it, find a good support system. Maybe stay around friends who don't drink and tell them you're staying sober so you have some accountability. You got this!

I'm so excited to see my boyfriend tomorrow! He broke his elbow and I have a concussion so we're not even shredding, we're just takin it easy and adventuring!!

I should have. She was a fucking cunt and got up in my face over an honest mistake. Like there was no rope and no fucking sign on the trail. That's your fucking fault for not setting it up ya fucking cunt.

Also, fuck my roommate. She doesn't tell me the amount for the electric/cable and then gets mad when I don't pay her but like it's her fucking fault for not telling me. I can't pay something I don't know needs to be paid??

Also she's a mother fucking liar. She told me it would be $50 per month for cable after the installation fees but I'm still paying $70 which is fucking ridiculous for something I didn't want/don't fucking use. We have like thousands of channels...who the fuck would ever need that many fucking channels. I can't wait to move the fuck out of this apartment. I can't remember when I willingly lived at home for more than a week and I'm going to be going on two months.

I can't wait till I move back to Oregon and take all of my shit out of there(I own everything in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom) She's going to bitch at me so bad but honestly she can go fuck herself. Maybe if she wasn't such a nagging bitch I'd let her use it anyways but nope.

Well, as a responsible adult you should know when your bills are due and how much. Especially if you have been living there a little while... it's generally the same amount at the same time every month

She usually texts me or tells me how much it is and I just pay her from there. She didn't tell me anything and since I haven't been there I didn't even think about it. All she had to do was text me, and I would have paid her right away.
