kamiYo I'm in the market for one as I'm going to compete in big mountain comps for the first time this year, any suggestions for comfortability + bang for your buck?
DayManAs far as comfortability goes, I'd go with the vest style over anything else because it moves around the least and you don't really notice its there at all. They're more pricey though so you gotta consider that too. Mine is Poc and I love it, but Slytech also makes great stuff.
This. POC and Slytech have awesome stuff. But i picked up the Salomon Flexcell at the ski swap for cheap and i am really impressed with how high of quality it is. Its pretty dope.

POC runs a little small. FYI. I usually wear a L/XL hat and the large was way too small. I had to exchange for an XL and even that is pretty snug. I struggle to do beanie/goggles underneath it.

Its buggy for sure but its fun. You can do some insanely rediculous stuff but ive been scoping the map on it just lookin for sweet glades and steeps to slash and smear.
