solid.sevenWell yeah, they're not hard, just time consuming. More so than actual college classes. You're better off taking an equivalent online class from a community college in HS than an AP in my opinion.
proZachso spend a few hundred dollars a credit instead of just taking it for free in high school? and when are you finding the time for this class? If you're in high school you might as well take the class during school..
solid.sevenI mean at my high school you would pay the same... What the fuck your AP's are free? We had to pay to take the course/ for labs and then had to pay for the AP exam...which ended up being a waste because no schools ever accept APs as credit and you end up having to retake them anyways. The credits I got from the CC we went through counted though so that's what a lot of kids at my high school did.

RRhighriderI started college thinking that I wanted an mechanical engineer. By passing the AP Physics and Calculus BC exams i was able to skip 5 classes in college. I didn't end up sticking with engineering but I would have not made it the the heart of the major for at least another year if I didn't take those classes.
