I mean, yes, that's a way better breakdown of what we're doing, and we're very good at 1 and 2, it's just the 3 part that makes me feel like a touch of a marketing whore.
SconnieOh shit waddup. First application submitted, didn't have to do an essay or get recommendations, fuckin accepted. My senioritis is off the charts and I didn't even start school yet.
A woman came up to me and was like hello? Hello? Aren't you gonna say hello to me? And I was like oh hi how are you! And she asked if I remembered her and I said no. She got bummed out and I'm not really sure where the conversation went but she thought I was Rhonda Rousey and told me she was my biggest fan and that she "knows what I've been through" and admires me for being so strong. She was like "you don't know who I am but I know who you are" and like she told me my dad died when I was young (not true) but then like she started crying because she couldn't believe she was in the presence of Rhonda Rousey. Then she was just like you know me. You have to know me. I can't believe you don't know me and all this stuff.
So I called over security because she really was not mentally stabile. When they got here she was like did I do something wrong? Am I in trouble? And they were like no we just want to talk and she was like I don't want to talk to you. What can I say to make you go away? They went over a few things and then out of no where the woman gets aggressive/defensive and is like "Do I have to jump off this bridge to make you people understand?!" And lost her shit. At that point we packed up our stuff and left. It was pretty freaky.

My grandparents have waited all my life to help me with college but im still paying well over 75% of the tuition..I scored a kickass grant/scholarship and got lots of other benefits from my grades..hard work wins in the end..for sure fuck rich kids

private schools for sure get that vibe where everyone is entitled but private schools give out lots of cash. If you're a good student and what not you can make private school just as affordable as public school. It would cost me the same to go to Westminster as it did UNR, well at least the first year. After UNR will be cheaper

I've just been so grateful lately. My family is amazing. My friends have been so supportive in everything I've done. I moved into this cool little apartment with my brother, which I'm so stoked on. I've been riding my bike so much. I've had time to run daily and practice yoga. I've been meeting up with old friends. I'm currently dog sitting the cutest husky and French bulldog while my friends are on vacation, and I love being around the pups. People at work have been so appreciative. Really there's an overflowing amount of gratitude.

Oh ok in that case I'll jump on the hate train, I had to deal with so many fucking rich douche lords my senior year of high school because I moved to a private school in south florida. Plastic surgery and driving a mercedes was the norm and there were so many genuinely shitty people there.
only one more goodbye to a friend whos going out of state and of course its one of long term childhood buddies, then the other is in state who I'll be seeing on the hill a lot.
Mountain biking, road biking, kayaking, and climbing. Too bad those are all more expensive then skiing. Actually climbing can be cheaper but you need a buddy, road biking can be cheaper too if you settle for a decent bike, but you can find good used ones.
I agree but ive always believed that anything in life worth acquiring (ski gear, the ability to ski a lot, etc.) should come at a price and its half of what makes it worthwhile. Something about busting ass all summer long in the blazing heat, and then throwin down on the best gear money can buy makes you feel like a fucking champ, you know? its a nice sense of pride looking down at your skis and being like "I worked my fucking ass off for these".
yo my work boots are gnarly as fuck. my feet are already gnarly as it is but holy smokes these things can clear rooms. A mix of athletes foot, dog piss, and dog shit.
