Movies have taken such a downhill turn. The dark night trilogy was amazing tho. But the latest Star Wars even sucks. There hasn't been a good marvel movie since the Spider-Man or the first Iron Man. At least the new star treks are good, latest one was a bit cheesy/undeveloped plot but that was to be expected since it was the same guy who does Fast and Furious lol. I still enjoyed it though.
Theyre just churning out superhero movies for the sake of printing money. People love them but at the same time, i feel other movies get overlooked/rated poorly because its not what the average movie goer wants. For instance, i think that johnny depp mob boss movie (Black Mass) was fucking terrific and got destroyed because it wasnt some Superman vs. X or Y bullshit and came out at the same time some superhero flicks did.

Alternate opinion: the dc cinematic universe is better than marvels. Dcs movies just have a super different tone, and they actually represent the tone of the dc comic universe very well. Dcs shit has always been more dark and serious than marvel.

Yeah I like DC more than marvel. Only marvel I liked was first iron man and the spider man series. DC was great, especially the Dark Knight series. But it's going downhill. For sure, but as a kid who watched the justice league cartoon, im down with it haha. Also i will stand by my opinion that batman vs superman is a good movie. Flawed, yes, and the extended cut is the only version worth watching.... But there are alot of great ideas and themes in there. The marvel movies are very light hearted and cheeky, but at least zack snyder is willing to actually explore what the fuck humanity would do if there were literal gods amongst us.

I'm glad to say I stopped watching marvel movies after the first avengers.

Rogue one is gonna be good. The force awakens was a solid film to start tbe new trilogy honestly. The mirroring with ep4 kianda bothered me until i really analyzed it. Rey is the opposite of luke. Kylo is what anakin should have been imo. Theres alot to like but i feel like the starkiller business was unnecessary for sure. Episode 8 is gonna be wierd af dude.

It is a road bike, it is between a Cervelo S3 and Felt AR2, both with Ultegra Di2. I ride about ~2,000 miles a year, minimum. I'd buy used, but its tough to find one in the size and with the components I want local.

I got to work alongside a spider excavator today up where the top of one of our new lifts is gonna go. What a badass piece of machinery holy cow. That thing can drive and dig in places that I would have never thought a machine could get to.

Same with me man. Woke up to find that all my school loans were denied, drove to the bank to find out it was closed even though it's supposed to be open. Can't get some refunds on stuff I spent for school which sucks. Might not be able to go to school at all since it's too late to enroll.

Yeah im either taking one-two classes online and working all season or just straight working and skiing. Burnt out on school but its the end of the line and i minus well bite the bullet and finish up.

Basically, yeah. Dog boarding/daycare in a ski town. Get to kick it with rich peoples dogs and clean up after them. Basically the only job i could find that was fulltime and paid pretty good. It was either this or be more broke/wait until now for everyone to head back to school and i aint trying to be broke.
I hate how my department at work always ends up having to do the sketchy difficult projects for other departments. I wish there were less incompetent boobs on this goddamn ski hill because I'm so tired of finally getting in the groove with a project and having to abandon it to go help ski school rig a zipline or patch snowmaking line.
Dude no way!! He's one of the nicest dudes I've met in Oregon. Always helps me out with skiing, he's always hyped and/or hyping up other people, etc. I can't say I've ever had a bad experience with him. He even DD'd for us went we went to a strip club last week. 10/10 solid dude.
I mean idk what he did too you but I had him as my windells counselor first time I went in 2011, he put up with some annoying shits in the cabin but didnt give a fuck, dude was chill.
I got drunk by myself. Mother in law is in town for today. so I started beers at 2:00. Moved to margaritas. Chilling on my porch smashed with my dawgs. Yay adulthood.
i just made a camera handle for filming skating, fisheye shots for skiing. Pretty stoked on how it came out, my dad is making a plate to mount the camera on monday at his work so its gonna come out super nice. Wanna try it out pretty bad
