maybe start with a cheaper, more entry level camera first and then buy one similar to a t2i in a couple years when you have a job? no hate just sayin it will probably be more practical and you will have a shit ton more practice when it comes time to buy a nicer one, good luck though!

Do you even have experience with consumer level camcorders or entry level DSLR's? You don't just pick up a t2i and become "good at filming."

Dont get a t2i. Its a waste for you. you wont know how to take full advantege of it. You will just end up struggling to use it. get somthing entry level like maybe sothing like a nikon d5000 (idk if it takes video). That way you can afford to just buy a new one and get the basics sorted ou

I have the D5000 and it's a great starter camera. It takes really good pictures and 1080p HD video. PM me if you have any questions or want to see any skiing pictures taken with it.

Hate to say it but, even if someone did offer a T2i ( highly unlikely) it would probably only be body only. Therefore you would have to buy lens, which cost alot.....good luck chief....

i have a hv30 with a mx3000 pro fisheye (awesome for follow cams) for sale. I could possibly let it go for 400. The only problem it has is the eyepiece doesn't work but i've honestly never needed to use it, when you film skiing you just look at the pull out viewfinder.

i mow my lawn and every person in my neighborhood already pays someone to does it them self or is old and takes so much care in there lawn if you step on it they scream at you so i kinda half to get a job and i cant go out of my neighbor hood becuase i dont have a licens and my parrents cant drive me

And OP you might want to consider something like a refurbished Rebel xs, assuming you want to only take pictures, great entry level DSLR though and if you do upgrade to the T2i you can use the same lenses. And if you want to do primarily video then idk what to tell you I mostly just stick to photography lol

Yes and no because I have to balance lawns with my part time job, and a social life so it's a pain in the ass sometimes , but is well worth it, I am only 15 too
