PBP is trash...Revolver was just a wannabe WME flick.

MSP is better but still really bad, they haven't made a good film since Yearbook.

For both, the skiing is sick, I wont deny that but the editing is uninspiring and the narrative every year ends up being the pros talking about "how free they feel skiing" it feels really fake and has been done every year since ski movies started being made.

Level 1 makes the best pro movies out there, they actually manage to capture each riders style and the vibe from every shoot. Every movie has personality.

I haven't seen TSP's flick but I could imagine it was better than PBP and MSP just based on the trailer.

The point is that having sick skiing isn't enough, the point is to actually capture the essence of the riders, not just show us big jumps and triples, that doesn't really give what the athletes do justice.


final thought...Rage needs to come back from the grave, and I leave TGR out cause Their movies are more BC films and they are the top of their game in that department, so its tough to compare them to jib oriented films.

I think Attack of La Nina is gonna be sick, but I'm still debating about After Dark. Hopefully PBP's movie this year will be sick too because Revolver was quite dissapointing. Not a good way to follow EDIAS, the best ski movie ever

I don't think "weak" is the word you want to use. I mean there were doubles left and right, insane back-country riding, some next-level park skiing, and some high-risk urban (Jossi's tunnel grind over the road to be more specific), and even a triple.
