so he had TWO good games back then? big difference. i am not saying that he is awful, but he wasnt the reason that they had all those playoff wins.
its kindof the same thing with sanchez or matt ryan. fans always (in my impression) complained how they didnt get full control over the game. now their teams have somehow adapted their offenses a little bit but so far its just not working. the jets really should have two losses more and the ravens go up and down all year.
they are NOT top-5 or even top-10 QBs.
let me think if they are top15:
(in no particular order, and i left peyton manning out because who knows if and how he will play again)
brady,
vick,
rodgers,
brees,
schaub
rivers. (although both have bad seasons for their standards, inverse situation, both teams wanted more balance and it restricts/limits the passing game)
roethlisberger,
stafford (borderline, looked not too awesome without a run game)
and now you can duke it out, whether fitzpatrick, newton (great, simply great so far), romo, e.manning, alex smith (kind of), bradford (lacking supporting cast, BIG TIME), freeman, ryan are better than then flacco.
QB risers:
fitzpatrick, newton, dalton (kind of), hasselbeck
stock lower than last year:
rivers, schaub, ryan, stafford, bradford, flacco
not complete lists, just on my mind
