Why don't cops in the US carry around breath testing thingys? every cop in aus/nz has one. seems like a it would save alot of hassle.

i think the only reason he didnt get one out is because the guy was clearly intoxicated and starting to become uncooperative
that, and the breath test just confirms that he's drunk, not drugged up and its readings aren't admissible in court
