So I've popped my shoulder out 4 times now, and I went to go see an orthopedic surgeon. That shit sucks btw, I waited an hour and a half just to see him for 5 minutes. It's been a week and I'm still waiting for a confirmation number so I can schedule an MRI.
Is anyone else suffering from the same thing?
I'm trying to get as much info as possible to help myself and everyone else suffering from shoulder problems build up the shoulder and keep it stable while skiing or doing anything else. Especially since it doesn't look like I'll be getting professional treatment for another few weeks. Any info on stretching, specific exercises, braces, physical therapy success stories would be sick.
