WTB: DAKINE backpack (preferably the DAKINE Tactic)

Im looking for a medium sized backpack that can can carry my skis and some basic back country equipment (food, water, shovel, etc.). I've been trying to get my hands on a DAKINE Tactic but im willing to keep an open mimd and take your offers. If you have any suggestions for a low priced ski backpack please let me know. Thanks.
