They are still illegal immigrants... they are still criminals. If they want to come here legally, please do, but we should not be bending over to take care of those who intentionally broke our laws.

I agree, its not the kids fault that they are there, and maybe that combined with making them legal would go a long way. but to fix the problem the american government should perhaps ensure there are less illegal immigrants and offer children in Mexico education oppotunities

Your last comment is comical. I hope you are not serious in suggesting that our fiscally broke country that can not effectively fund it's own failing public school system set up and fund schools in Mexico.

The problem is that if you make it so the kids can get citizenship, parents will bring them across. If you take away the ability to get citizenship for illegal aliens and their kids you will discourage illegal immigration. If the kids can get citizenship the parrents will be able to stay. There are to many people who will cross the boarder, pop out a kid (who by default is a U.S. Citizen) and the parents will then be allowed to stay. The problem with this is that it encourages young Mexicans to have a kid that they may not be able to support.

Yea iv' always thought it is rediculous how they can just cum into a hospital and get pretty much free healthcare, then other things. but i dont mind if illegal immigrants work but i just dont like it when they live of the government it piss's me off.
