So apparently someone drove off with the North American downhill/4x team's entire factory race truck and trailer in Quebec. Check it:
My question is, how the hell do you just drive off with THE factory Fox Shox trailer...? I guess no one is going to question you when you are in something like that. Some of the most epic thievery in cycling I've ever seen.
In all seriousness, I feel so sorry for the Fox team. For something that was not at all their fault, now they have to re-set up and tune brand new bikes, which is one hell of a setback. I ride for Specialized/GROM Racing, and we are pretty close with everyone over at Fox; they are all really cool people. Hopefully we don't see their results affected by this.
Although I have to give props to the dude who jacked it. Congrats man, that's pretty damn impressive. Enjoy your prize- with over $10,000 per bike, plus the entire Ti spring inventory, tools, protos, and a F550 and 25 ft. trailer, I'm guessing that's somewhere around a million.
