i was just thinkin, a sw. backflip off an up box or maybe rail, would be such a nutty trick. im somewhat surprised i haven seen this done before. so NS what are some tricks you havent seen done before?
haha thanks, i've been thinking about it for a while but i always thought my tails would hit the rail and id break a rib or whatever but thatd be sweet if someone does it
In fruit booting, that is called a unity. And I believe I have seen allen lam do them before on skis. And I have a buddy who does them on skiboards, but that is obviously much easier than on skis.
It's hard to explain but I've always wanted to see someone do a 2 in to an urban rail but doing sort of a nollie shifty thing so that you slide on your topsheets for a second
YEs, i thought about this alot. Or on just a flat box, a blind 3 swap but dip the tails down so your topsheets touch the side of the box, you almost would just pivot and not really jump... so sketch
bring back massive flat down rails with huge kickers on them so people will start flipping onto rails again. Flips off aren't nearly as cool and I've seen far too many. never seen a switch flipn on.
the only way i could see this as possible would be to somehow make your bindings unable to eject because even tightened to the max i feel you would double eject as soon as you hit the bar..
