My Vimeo or Google Chrome is broken. Help?

I went to watch some videos on Vimeo and noticed when I press full screen it only enlarges to the size of the browser, not the whole screen. If it is a video remotely hosted from a site like Newschoolers it works fine only on the vimeo website does it not go full screen. If someone has had problems with this can you let me know? Its most likely my google chrome seeing as it works fine on safari.

Alright, so i notcied that my vimeo is also fucky. The FAUNT GOT BIGGER and everything on the vimeo player is bigger and bolder and this is most likely park of the problem.

thats not the problem, I use the html5 player and fullscreen works if you start playing the video first then click fullscreen
