People run dispensaries just to buy rejected nugs and have everyone pay top dollar for them. From ghetto pot shops with kids running around to places that actually try and put an effort in to professionalism, but still lack in knock out hits.
You thought oh medical this and that it's going to be sweet. Pot shops full of weed, yes tons of MEDIOCRE SHIT. Out of a dozen beauties only one or two is even worth taking home. With prices of some brands of bud hitting as high as $30/gram, and hash oils reaching 80/gram in cost.
Maybe this is my tolerance speaking, because I am smoking some "sweet island skunk" and every bag gets a print out of the thc content, cbd, and cbn percent. And 22.12% thc .36% cbd blah blah who the hell cares.
Whats the point? I still can't find uber dank tasting knock out killer all the time. Like I said it is as if it is all rejected buds that are even poorly manicured at times.
It is such a game, and the KIDS to straight up druggies they have working at these shops are hardly helpful as they really have no clue what they are selling. I have even sat and sold at a place I regularly bought from. Being a regular customer I couldn't even tell you what was currently the bomb as I was still trying to figure it out myself. Plus different growers grow it and you might think you enjoy NYC Diesel until you start seeing terrible grows of it.
You sit in front of sometimes more than 2 dozen jars of weed with the most ridiculous strain names ever. Shops can hardly keep up with labeling and classifying the stuff. Some are better than others, but most people can't tell you shit about it. Give way to the graphs and thc, cbd, cbn yada yada....So now what the fuck I am sitting here looking at graphs trying to figure out what the fuck will get me high.
And of course due to the various laws in place it seems you can't ever try something...come back another day and buy it due to the quantity being quickly exhausted (especially if it is good, in which case dispensaries have literally had 10 people deep lines waiting for a grower to drop off a strain.......to sell out of it the same day).
The only promising thing in the industry is competition. With no competition the shops are allowed to operate in such a fashion. Too many amateurs who are way to quick to jump in front of the media and say seriously retarded shit while missing half their teeth.
I want to hear anyone elses experiences here with the med shops. The whole thing is a game if you ask me with 901 ways to spend your money on pot and pot infused shit. With the only knock out stuff being far too limited in quantity.
But I suppose...the days have come where I can now walk out of a shop with thc infused garlic bread, ice cream, ranch dressing, maple syrup, honey, blueberry jam, and of course.... a signature line of sodas.....
