Replying to Magic lantern questions

So before i go ahead and do this, i wanna ask a few things.

Does magic lantern have any glitches in the normal GUI of the t2i? ( scroling thru ISO, settings, making picture styles, etc

If you dont enable the magic lantern ( pressing erase button ) does it run in the back ground? ( possibly causing above glitches)

how hard is it to remove the software from your camera?

what is rack, stack, and trap focus?

if you disable AGC does the internal mic get "better" ?
