I have no idea why, but yesterday, I got an uncomfortable tingling in my lower-middle back. I thought it would go away if I stretched it out, or had a friend crack my back, but that made it worse. I eventually left where I was, and it started getting to the point where it was difficult to walk straight because of the pain. Once I got to the car, it started being difficult to breathe comfortably, not because I could't actually breathe, but just because it felt like something was chewing on my spine every time in inhaled. I ended up having to go to work as well, which probably made it worse, and then I went home and went to sleep, thinking that some rest would easily clear it up. Unfortunately for me, I woke up this morning barely able to move
