Just got done smoking hookah outside roskie. The RA's made rounds and came out and took a few hits and informed us we (roskie as a whole) were the best residents ever and that most RA's in other buildings hate their residents.

Weekends in the dorms are always fun when you have to get up at 7-8am to go skiing. Lots of loud drunk people. But hey if you can't beat um, join um. Or just tell them to shut the fuck up out of your window. Always funny to see shouting battles between drunk people on the street and kids in their dorms.

friend of mine broke his neck there not by any fault of his own. he was jumping into the foam pit like he should, but sunk to the bottom and hit the concrete floor and now has to deal will fractured vertebrae. definitely could have been worse but its still pretty fucked. I would never give any of my money to this place save it for the winter.

I heard some of those kids were shit talking Musik Lives Here and Playground while we were all at the Burn? If that kind of talking wasn't shut down by whoever was putting on that party (which I also hear infringed on one that had already been arranged at Revenue..), I can't support DubForest.

i talked to gabe and i assure you, no shit talking will be going on. there has been trash talking from fans from both sides. the internet is a cruel cruel place, but believe what you like, your presence wont make or break the party i assure you, but it will be fun. the party at the Flats (which i wasnt even in town for) was coincidentally held the same night as Musik Lives Here's burning man after party where a very small group of people who helped with burning man were invited. the shit talking that commenced over the loud speakers was from a some unruly individuals that had a bit too much to drink (we've all been there) and feel bad. i have complete respect for Oz, Gabe and the rest of the Musik Lives Here crew, and always will. their parties are bomb!!! Playground, i dont know em at all so i cant say anything about them or to them. we're just some kids going to the woods to have parties, come if you wish to have fun and listen to some tunes!

Gabe isn't with Musik anymore, and Oz was down at Burning Man, so whatever went on was somewhat misdirected. Maybe I'll stop by one of those shindigs sometime, but I won't be going out again until Shine in October.

i was there, had no idea what to expect since i had never listened to any of the bands. Eoto was a pretty cool show but a little long. Beats antique absolutely killed it in every aspect, such a different show than i am used to seeing.
